TimeTrack Cleanup 3/12/25

At the office, we are engaged in "cleaning up" our TimeTrack master list in advance of Monday's rubric attachment.  Thank you to all who have assisted us by sending in the necessary information.

The deadline for changes is Friday, March 14 at 4 pm EST.  If you have a client who is non-responsive, who is not using TimeTrack and has not been using it, please let us know immediately.  If you have a client who is on a long "gray out" for some type of leave, please let us know right away.

What about your own TimeTrack?

• Please take a moment to do any needed RECONCILE of your clients on your own TimeTrack.

• Do you have future meetings scheduled for clients who have been deactivated? Trash them out.

• Repeater entries for regular client communications are a time-saving convenience. Now is the time to CHECK those repeaters for clients who have been deactivated.

Is this a problem?

Yes.  Several TCCs have been contacted individually as we notice that they have weekly communications listed in a stack of repeating entries for deactivated clients. We know it is unintentional, but it must be corrected.  We'll eventually find it, but we're asking for your help in clearing deactivated clients by the Friday clean up deadline.

As we gear up for the last big push of our work year, we want to thank you for all of the time, the professional skill and care, that you offer to our clients. You make this process work!

• Thursday, March 20, 2-3 pm EST     GENERAL REFRESHER MEETING RE: RUBRIC

Jim will send the link, one paid hour for any TCC who attends

• Tuesday, April 1                                       RUBRIC GOES LIVE - Preparation of 2025 rubrics begins

• Friday, May 16, 4 pm EST                     RUBRIC DEADLINE for 2025

*Any new clients assigned to TCCs AFTER rubric attachment do NOT prepare a rubric THIS year. This includes new additional users.
