Hello from your rubric team - 9 Days Left!

Hello everyone!

Congratulations to all of you who have completed and submitted all of your 2025 Rubric Assessments! We appreciate all of the hard work that everyone has been putting in on this annual evaluation.

As of today, 624 rubric assessments have been successfully submitted. This is 82% of the total. There are nine work days left, after today, until the Friday, May 16, 4pm EST deadline.

Are you still having difficulty connecting with any TimeTrack owner?

As you remember, our process for accepting a solo prepared assessment, TCC only, is this:

1)  Contact your mentor and get the mentor's approval for solo preparation

2)  Write one email to Carol/Jim/Alex at the office giving us a brief description of the situation and verifying that your mentor contact has been made.

Unless the TT owner is literally unavailable, (already departed from the job, hospitalized, etc.), and the SAM has declined to participate with you, we will then inform Mark of the situation so he can intervene with the client who will not connect.

As of today, he's got a 100% success rate of getting non-responsive TT owners to contact their TCCs and participate in the rubric meeting - so taking this extra step has proved helpful.

• Thursday, March 20, 2-3 pm EST     GENERAL REFRESHER MEETING RE: RUBRIC

• Tuesday, April 1                                       RUBRIC GOES LIVE - Preparation of 2025 rubrics begins

• Friday, May 16, 4 pm EST                     RUBRIC DEADLINE for 2025

*Any new clients assigned to TCCs AFTER rubric attachment do NOT prepare a rubric THIS year. This includes new additional users.
