It's almost Rubric Season!
This week is the LAST time to adjust your client list before rubric attachment. Final changes will be completed by 4 pm EST this Friday, March 14.
What does this mean?
Any Primary or Additional user assigned to you, on your "list" of clients, from March 14 at 4 pm EST forward, WILL REQUIRE A RUBRIC SUBMISSION.
If you have a client or clients who are non-responsive, who are not doing TimeTrack nor the SAM Process, ACT NOW.
Send an email message to Carol/Jim at the office - please put both of our names on the email. You are also welcome to call Carol at any time to discuss user concerns you may have. If daytime hours are inconvenient, you're welcome to call in the evening.
We will work with you and find the appropriate resolution. In a number of cases, this will result in a deactivation before the Friday deadline.
WHAT ABOUT A CLIENT WHO DECLINES SERVICE AFTER Friday, March 14?
WHAT ABOUT A CLIENT WHO UNEXPECTEDLY RESIGNS/LEAVES OR WHO EXPERIENCES INJURY/ILLNESS/FAMILY EMERGENCY /HR ACTION and is out of school for a major part/all of the rubric period?
If the rubric has attached, THE TCC, WHEN NECESSARY, FILLS OUT THE RUBRIC SOLO. It may be possible to prepare the rubric with the TT owner's SAM; this is a priority when possible.
The TCC can also request the rubric meeting BEFORE the user actually leaves service if that is a possibility.
RUBRIC SEASON IMPORTANT DATES REVIEW:

*Any new clients assigned to TCCs AFTER rubric attachment do NOT prepare a rubric THIS year. This includes new additional users.
The deadline to submit applications for additional users this year is the end of March. New Primaries may train with Mark and start service at any time; these arrangements are his area.
For many of you, this is just a reminder/overview of a system you have used very effectively for years - we thank you for all of the work you have put into these annual rubrics. It truly matters.
We'll be in touch throughout the rubric period; we are also always happy to hear from you.
